The nightclub was going to be packed that night, a long line outside promised that. As Adelaide made her way through the people, she didn't see anyone she recognized yet. The air was pulsing with excitement and she could feel the eagerness of the crowd. The paid dancing staff began as the lights were turned off, and was the club was illuminated by black lights, and some strobes. Other people started joining in, but Adelaide wasn't quite in the mood just yet. Strapped to her size 6 feet were a pair of Draven black Misfits heels, and around her body was a purple spandex tube dress. She raised her eyebrows at a larger girl who thought she could pull off a similar ensemble, and clearly couldn't. Addie felt a little bad, she did after all have some larger friends, but at least they knew what they could and could not wear. Addie threw her guilt over her shoulder as she made her way over to the bar, where she sat down next to a naive-looking guy, who was sitting alone with a drink.

Adelaide persuaded the boy, through flirtatious smiles and fluttering eyelashes, to buy her a drink. As soon as the drink was in her hand, and the guy tipped the bartender, she got up, and left the confused boy there at the bar. Adelaide sat down in a booth at the other end of the club. It was conveniently in a place where she could see and be seen. She sipped her tasty little drink as she pulled out her sidekick 3, and began to text her friends. She wasn't going to be too carried away that night, they previous morning she had woken up in a terrible hangover, and she didn't remember anything from the night before. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted what must have been a pack of regulars, clearly annoyed that their favorite spot was being occupied by just one person. bitches she muttered, as they grumblingly sat down in another booth.

Adelaide reached down to adjust her fishnet tights as the same large girl "accidentally" spilled a bit of her drink on Adelaide's thigh. Pissed, Addie took what was left of her drink, and splashed it all over the other girl's front. The big girl's friends pulled her away as Addie sat down, giving the girl the evil eye as she walked away. Disappointed, she realized she would now have to get a drink from someone else because she wasted it on the big girl. Adelaide dug through her purse, and realized she had no napkins to clean off the spilled alcohol. Scowling, she muttered "Damn," to herself, as she dug around her purse again for anything to clean off the sticky drink
off.
