DETAILED
Adelaide can’t seem to let go of anybody or anything, she can hold a grudge for what may seem like ages. Once she’s on to something, she’s stuck on it, and you can’t make her change for anything. Whatever it is, she sticks to it, and when it comes to people, she’ll stay to them. However, she does know how to give people space in their lives, she’s not really “clingy”. With her friends, she’s absurdly loyal, and would never, ever stab any one of their backs; even if she’s not sure they would do the same for her. She’s constantly worried if her friends are really there for her or not, and what they really think of her. She tries not to think about it, but it’s rather hard not to.
Addie lives life spontaneously, very spontaneously. She’s incredibly spaztic, and very bouncy and bubbly. She’s a perky, loud, little thing, Who gets very aggressive and in-your-face when she is both hyper and angry, which usually leads to her later regretting what she said. She doesn’t think before she talks or acts, and that gets her into trouble constantly. She has almost no self-control, and can go from happy and quiet to loud and furious in the drop of a hat.

DETAILED
April 18, 1988, Adelaide Violett Dresden came into the lives of Aaron and Marianna in a small town just 20 minutes away from the city of New York. Thrilled, Aaron and Marianna named her after Aaron’s favorite sister. Addie grew up like most children, she was a happy, active, little toddler, who often had to be kept on a leash. As she got older, Aaron and Marianna began arguing with each other more and more, never in front of Adelaide, but after time, it was clear to the both of them that the marriage was not working.
They tried to explain to Adelaide in this best way they could that they simply didn’t love each other anymore, and it wasn’t her fault. Addie really didn’t understand the concept too well as a 6 year-old, and it didn’t really bother her that much at the time. It wasn’t until she got older that she really understood the meaning, and by the time that happened, she had gotten used to it.
As Adelaide got older, she decided that she would rather live with her dad most of the time, because she enjoyed N.Y.C more than her mother’s town, and the school was better. Learning to live with Karen took some time to get used to, but they got along rather well. Adelaide often visited her sister and mom on weekends and holidays, and every month would spend a week with them. Life was going pretty smoothly.
When Adelaide hit her teenage years, things started going badly. Like many kids, Addie’s life was absorbed by drugs, drinking, and delinquency. It started out as many addictions do; You go to a party, get offered some type of drug or another, and it continues showing up in your life, until you’re hooked.
One night, while Adelaide was on her way home from a party that she left early, a cop pulled up next to the sidewalk, and began asking her questions. They stopped and searched her, and they found LSD in her bag. Next thing she knows, she sitting at the police station , with her parents yelling at her. She gets assigned a probation officer and rehab treatment. After a while, she gets clean, and starts working in her dad’s coffee shop, making chai by day and setting up sound equipment at night for Open Mic. On her shift one day, Adelaide met some people who she overhead talking about music. She chatted with them and got to know them, and they kept in touch. They were the members of Scheduled Nurse, and Addie would sometimes go to their shows, and help set up the sound equipment. When Scheduled Nurse went off to the festival, they called up Addie, and she came along… as a techie.

The nightclub was going to be packed that night, a long line outside promised that. As Juliet made her way through the people, she didn't see anyone she recognized yet. The air was pulsing with excitement and she could feel the eagerness of the crowd. The paid dancing staff began as the lights were turned off, and was the club was illuminated by black lights, and some strobes. Other people started joining in, but Juliet wasn't quite in the mood just yet. Strapped to her size 6 feet were a pair of Draven black Misfits heels, and around her body was a purple spandex tube dress. She raised her eyebrows at a larger girl who thought she could pull off a similar ensemble, and clearly couldn't. Juliet felt a little bad, she did after all have some larger friends, but at least they knew what they could and could not wear. Juliet threw her guilt over her shoulder as she made her way over to the bar, where she sat down next to a naive-looking guy, who was sitting alone with a drink.
Juliet persuaded the boy, through flirtatious smiles and fluttering eyelashes, to buy her a drink. As soon as the drink was in her hand, and the guy tipped the bartender, she got up, and left the confused boy there at the bar. Aelaide sat down in a booth at the other end of the club. It was conveniently in a place where shecould see and be seen. She sipped her tasty little drink as she pulled out her sidekick 3, and began to text her friends. She wasn't going to be too carried away that night, they previous morning she had woken up in a terrible hangover, and she didn't remember anything from the night before. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted what must have been a pack of regulars, clearly annoyed that their favorite spot was being occupied by just one person. bitches she muttered, as they grumblingly sat down in another booth.
Juliet reached down to adjust her fishnet tights as the same large girl "accidentally" spilled a bit of her drink on Juliet's thigh. Pissed, Julie took what was left of her drink, and splashed it all over the other girl's front. The big girl's friends pulled her away as Julie sat down, giving the girl the evil eye as she walked away. Disappointed, she realized she would now have to get a drink from someone else because she wasted it on the big girl. Juliet dug through her purse, and realized she had no napkins to clean off the spilled alcohol. Scowling, she muttered Damn, to herself, as she dug around her purse again for anything to clean the drink
off.
