Oh, the sweet, familiar fragrant smell of coffee greeted the boy's nostrils as he drifted into the local starbucks. He was going crazy and needed some caffiene. Like an espresso. Booya. He waltzed to the counter and tapped his fingers on the cool counter top as he scanned the menu. Then he looked to the girl waiting for his order and he smiled his trademark crooked smile, his blue eyes lighting up. He was excited about the espresso. Hello. He gave her his order and waited patiently, but fidgety, off to the side. When his order was finally called he thanked the girl graciously and skipped off (after paying, of course) to sit down and drink his warm beverage. One would think, being as hyper as he already was, he wouldnt need espresso. But he did. Plus, he was bored. Espresso made him unbored some how. Or something. He couldn't be bothered with technicalities.
The tall (ish) male was wearing one of his favorite trucker hats, tilted to the side of course, and his blonde and brown shaggy hair was in his bright blue eyes but he never seemed to mind. His chin was a little hairy because he hadn't shaved that morning, but the scruffy look fit him well. Some of the time. Like today... He also wore a black t-shirt with big gold letters on it. Nobody actually took the time to read what it really said and Francis didnt really care. On his legs were some skinny jeans and on his feet were his brightly colored high top sneakers. They pretty much pwned.
Drumming his long slender fingers on the table, he began to think that the only thing that could make this day better was a friend to share the day with. And it was only eleven in the morning! It was amazing that he was even awake yet. But hey... miracles happened.

Nine A.M - the alarm clock speakers rang out in full- out screaming, awaking Vanessa. Blinking, letting her eyes adjust to the rays of sunlight, she tried to make out the lovely screams that echoed from the speakers. She closed her eyes, wincing a bit, in thought; it then came to her, that the orgasmic screams coming from the alarm clock were that of BrokenCYDE.
She sat up in her bed, stretching a bit and yawning, smiling a small smile fit for mornings such as this. As in her usual routine, she was to get up and go walk, but first - it was showertime, fer sure. And, as in every morning, when she got up from her bed and went into the bathroom, she was greeted by her penguin shower curtain, which she absolutely adored.
After her shower, coming out of it smelling like rose hips and mocha, she went to pick out her wardrobe. Vanessa picked out her pink shirt with light-blue brass knuckles, denim hip huggers, and her favorite pair of beloved Draven shoes. After getting dressed, it was time for hair and makeup.
For today's hair, Vanessa wanted an up-do, as today seemed to be a casual, warm day. She put the back of her hair in a tightened, high messy bun after she straightened it. As she put it up, pieces spiked up here and there, evening out her facial features and such. Her long bangs were straightened around her face, left side curved to the inner left and the right hanging down in spiked pieces. For her makeup, Vanessa went with a cotton candy theme. The colors of blue hues, pink hues, a few purple, and white illuminated her brown eyes, accentuating her long lashes. The colors splashed out to the beginning of her temple; the pinks residing in her lid and the blues acting as a liner for her eyes. The white accentuated the brow bone. A light, shiny gloss was spread upon her lips to bring out their plump nature.
After grabbing her cell phone, Vanessa was off on her walk. It was pleasant one, at that. The sun was just right, and not too many people were out cavorting when she was.
Deciding to stop early, craving a latte, she made a pitstop at Starbuck. Walking into the shop, the place was pretty much deserted, save for a select few, and a boy at the counter. Vanessa walked up behind the boy, casually looking him over. He was quite cute; he had the scruffy look, clearly. Right as she walked up behind him, he had went to find a table to set at as he had got his order. Vanessa stepped up and ordered her latte, smiling and paying the girl, humming to the song that was playing over the sound system in Starbuck.
After getting her order, she searched for the perfect seat. Lacking the 'umph' to find an orginal seat, she searched for the boy that was ahead of her in line. She soon spotted him, drumming his hands on the table, back away from the enterance.
Vanessa smiled lightly, walking up to his table and clearing her throat slightly. "This seat taken?"

Kyle looked up, absolutely pleased that someone wanted to sit with him. He smiled as he saw the girl's hair and especially her colorful make up. He nodded "Yeah, by you" he grinned, sipping his espresso before resting his elbows on the table. "I'm Francis," He said, holding out a large - not to mention strong - hand for her to shake. "Or Frankie, or Kyle, whatever floats your boat." He smiled. The great thing about being in the kind of band he was in, was that they werent exactly famous yet. They were well known by certain people, like their myspace fan base, but he could walk down the street or enjoy a coffee with a stranger and not get mobbed. That was really nice. "I love your make up," He commented. "Very colorful..." Frankie loved bright colors. It was weird. He also liked shiny things.. they caught his eye a lot. So bright and shiny was great.
After thinking for a moment he spoke again, frowning a little in concentration "You look familiar... have I seen you before?" he asked, trying to think of where he could have possibly seen her before. The only place he really ever was, was the festival. So, he didn't know... He couldnt quite place his finger on where he had seen her before but maybe she could help him out. He sat back in his chair, just relaxing as he drifted his gaze to the window where he watched a few people walking by. Yeah, he was a people watcher.

As she walked up to his table, it looked like he was pleased that someone had came up to him to talk to him. He smiled at her, as she asked if she could sit down, "Yeah, by you" he said, grinning at her. She sat down across from him, as he took a sip of his drink, and rested his elbows on the table.
I'm Francis," - - - "Or Frankie, or Kyle, whatever floats your boat." he said, holding out his hand for her to shake it. "Im Vanessa." she said, taking his hand and shaking it. "Nice to meet you." she said, smiling.
I love your make up," - - - "Very colorful..." he commented. "Thanks... I love color." she said, smiling at him. She looked him over. He was kind of cute. She smiled. "I like your hair. The colors look good together" she said, lightly smiling.
"You look familiar... have I seen you before?" he asked her. She had thought she had seen him before, he looked quiet familiar. "You probably have." she said, looking at him. "I'm the drummer for its Raining In London, you have probably seen me from there?" she said to him, taking a sip of her latte.

"Yeah colors are awesome" the boy grinned, nodding as she said she loved color. Then she complimented him on his hair and he smiled modestly "Thanks, the blonde on brown thing is kind of over done these days but I like it anyways..." he shrugged, still smiling. It was very rare to see Francis without a smile on his face. He was just a happy guy.
"Oh. My. Gosh, duh" Frankie said, shaking his head and feeling like an idiot. "I am so stupid. I'm the drummer for Jumping Ambulances" he laughed "I knew you looked familiar" he smirked, leaning back in his chair. "Sorry, I havent had my fifteen servings of sugar yet" he joked "Im kind of out of it" he shrugged. "Thats the all girl band right?" he asked, just to check. Frankie lifted his paper cup to his lips and took a cautious sip of his espresso in case it burned his tongue. That was always very uncomfortable and he tried to avoid it at all costs.

"Yeah colors are awesome" he said, grinning. There was something about this Kyle guy. Yeah he was cute, but he seemed to be a bit hyper. Maybe he was one of those people that were always on a permanent sugar high. But he seemed coo enough.
"Thanks, the blonde on brown thing is kind of over done these days but I like it anyways..." he said to her. Which yeah she could understand, a lot of people did have their hair like his. But it looked really good on him, it just looked different on him than it did others. "Yeah a lot of people do have their hair like yours. But it looks really cute on you." she said, smiling.
"Oh. My. Gosh, duh" - - - "I am so stupid. I'm the drummer for Jumping Ambulances" he laughed. She figured he was the drummer for that band, she just wasnt exactly sure. "I was pretty sure that you were the drummer for that band, i just wasn't entirely sure." she told him. "But hey, we have something in common, we both play drums." she said, smiling.
It seemed like she always had a smile on her face, you rarely ever saw her with a frown on her face, and the only time she really did frown was when she thought of her mother. But it was beginning to not be so hard on her. "I knew you looked familiar" he told her, leaning back in his chair.
"Sorry, I havent had my fifteen servings of sugar yet" he said, in a joking manner. "Im kind of out of it" he told her. She laughed, "Fifteen servings of sugar? Wow." she said giggling, and smiling.
"Thats the all girl band right?" he asked her. She nodded, "Yeah pretty much. It can get a bit annoying though... a bunch of girls all together in a band. And there can be fights easily, it can be a pain sometimes. But other times its okay." she said, taking another sip of her latte and smiling.
