Most people have heard of the shake it ups, and if you haven't? Then you're way out of the loop. The all boy band from parts of Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky are currently touring on the Euphoria Music Festival along with five other bands. Usually, it's fairly hard to kidnap them when no-one's looking (joking!) but luckily, the bands rhythm guitarist and backup vocalist, Dante Beck was able to take some time out of his busy schedule to come and talk to us !
So, How are you liking Euphoria so far?
Well, it's just beginning to lighten up for me. I had been so stressed with all of the work and everything and the fact that I had been treating my friends like dirt because of the stress. But It's all turning around, I've met Gabe and he's amazing, and me and Will are back to normal, just how things should be.
Gabe? Oh, do tell. Any romancing on the tour we should be hearing about? And we heard about you and Will, What was going on there?
Well, me and Will just started drifting apart since the tour began and it just upset me and I acted like a total reject. Gabe? Yeah, he's awesome I love him to pieces He's the best thing that's happened to me since the tour began.
Oh? So there is some romancing going on after all!
Apart from that, anything exciting been happening lately? We've heard that the rivalry between Scheduled nurse and Sighted South has gotten a bit heated, is that affecting the rest of the bands on tour?
-smirk- Yeah, I suppose you could say there is. As for the rivalry I know it hasn't affected me, or my band, I wouldn't know about any other bands, We tend to just stick with each other and stay out of the way.
Sounds like that plan's working for you. Speaking of your band, are there any annoying habits that your band members have that really get on your nerves?
Not really, I mean yeah the place is pretty messy, but that's nothing that can't be sorted in a little while. Apart from that it's all good!
[laughs] Boys will be boys, right? So, What do you do to get pumped up before a show? Are you ever nervous?
-Laughs- What do I do to get pumped up? Hmm. I have to admit I go for a small walk and practice my vocals while preparing for the show so that when I get on stage I do it right. Hell I'm always nervous if you mess up what will you look like? -laughs again-
Whatever helps, right? So, where would you go on these walks? You staking out the local places? Is it hard to avoid fans in situations like that?
Yeah, I mean I like to walk in the park a lot, that's how I met Gabe but I'm always there when I need "Quiet Time" If fans follow me I just let em, I can't stress myself before a show right?
So, What exactly is going on between you and Gabe Grey?
Haha! How did I know that was coming! Well, nothing really, we met and he's like the sweetest guy, I don't see what Roxanne's problem is! We were both so lonely and upset and then I have to admit meeting him was kind of awkward 'cause I kind of booted a stone at his leg without realising it.
[laughs] Smooth moves. I gather Roxanne isn't very popular among the bands on tour?
I don't know, I know some people according to the blog agree with her, I personally think she's a bitch and needs to get her facts straight.
Ah, Although some of her blogs seem to be getting more attention than others, I gather.
So, Is there much interaction between bands on tour?
Yeah, her blogs do get attention but that's because it's full of the bull shit about other people. As for interaction, I suppose there is some. We all go to party's and stuff after Gigs where we meet each other, but that's about it.

Hmm, Just stick with what you love doing, If you love music then follow your dreams, That's about all I can say. But Thanks for having me.
